Refund policy

All sales are final. Every lure we sell is custom handcrafted. For that reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Defective or damaged on arrival (DOA) items may be eligible for repair or replacement. To request review, contact us within 7 days of delivery at stroudscustomglides@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We reserve the right to determine if an item qualifies for replacement. Normal wear, color variation, hook rash, or scuffs from use are not defects. By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy.
