Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Delivery time: U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. International shipping times vary. Buyers are responsible for duties/taxes. Lost or delivered but not received: Once a package is marked “Delivered,” risk passes to the buyer. For lost-in-transit issues, contact the carrier. We’ll assist if possible. Damage/DOA: If your item arrives damaged, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can review for replacement. Incorrect addresses: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require reshipping at the buyer’s expense.
